Reuben B. Gobezie, MD, attended Harvard Medical School, and received his medical degree in 1999. Furthermore, he conducted his orthopedic residency through the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program. In addition, he completed his fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery through the Harvard Shoulder Fellowship. Dr. Gobezie received board certification in orthopedic surgery from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Over the years, he received the Neer Award from American Shoulder & Elbow Surgeons, the Zimmer/Orthopedic Research and Educational Foundation Award, the Pfizer Innovative Scientific Centers for Orthopedic and Pain Management Excellence Research Award, the Arthroscopy Association of North America’s Research Grant, and the Massachusetts General Hospital Physician Scientist Award.
